A Lovely Year of Finishes – February Mid-Month Check In

Hello!  Hope you have had a good week!  Mine has been alright.  I am finally starting to get over this bug!  I still don’t feel my best and the antibiotic makes me feel a little woozy  – but I can breath again and my cough is finally going away so I’ll deal!  Anyway….!

A Lovely Year of Finishes
It is time for the mid-month check-in for A Lovely Year of Finishes!  This month my goal was to finish the back for my Moda Eden Charm Pack Quilt, baste it and bind it.  I’m not sure what to name this – Pink Paradise maybe?  Any suggestions?

I have finished piecing the back!  I’m sorry – this is not a very good picture.  Once I have it all basted I’ll put up another photo of the whole thing.

So now, on to the basting and making the binding!

Can’t wait to see everyone else’s link ups!

What are you up to this weekend?  I’m working on my Japanese Block of the Month post for Tuesday – free motion quilt as you go!  (Join in anytime! It is a lot of fun!)  I also plan to make my Skill Builder Blocks of the Month from Pile O Fabric.  And last, but not least, my block for the St. Louis Modern Quilt Guild Sew Bee It Quilt Bee.

Happy Sewing!

Good job making progress on your February goal! Basting is no fun, but finishing the binding is the best. :)
