I am really loving the Kona solids right now and have some fun projects in the works and I’ve been trying out some Gutermann cotton thread. So, to get back to my monthly giveaways, I want to share the love with you!
I’m giving away 36 5″ x 5″ squares of Kona cotton (2 each of 18 colors), two (2) packs of Wrights 1/2″ red bias tape, and a lovely roll of white Gutermann cotton thread!

I have quite a few “favorites”–in different categories, I guess. My favorite quilting book to give to new quilters is Quilts From The Quiltmaker’s Gift. She gives so much great advice in that book; it is a great foundation for any quilter.

I tweeted tonight. I tried to post the link to the tweet but received an error message saying that was not allowed. (??) My Twitter name is @wordygirl11.
My favorite Quilt Book is Simply Fat Quarters by It’s sew Emma Patterns .It has some awesome patterns that I want to make.
I have a gazillion quilting books, but the one I use the most is The Quilter’s Catalog by Meg Cox. She has the best instructions for binding a quilt, that I use every time I finish a quilt. I have the page marked (p. 435), but the book always opens to that page by itself. Thanks for the chance to win.
I’m a follower of Sew What’s Cooking by email. Thanks.
I’m a Facebook fan. Thanks again.
I don’t think I have one yet. I haven’t actually ever bought or used one. Maybe I should take some time to go by the library and check some out….

What a hard question, why don’t you ask me who my favorite child is, maybe that would be easier. I have a ton of quilt books, but I am going to say ‘Little Quilts’ by Alice Berg And Mary Ellen Von Holt, because it is informative, it made quilting seem “do-able,” and it ignited my passion for quilts and quilting.
I just got Skip the Borders by Jaybird Quilts and am loving the designs!
Thanks for a chance to win!
Thank you so much for the chance to win! I love sewing so much I opened a small sew shop in Dayton
