Well, I’ve been busy! I should be doing some housework – (my floor really needs mopped!) and I was determined to get up and get all my chores done right away this morning. However, my sewing machine kept calling to me and I couldn’t resist!
First, I wanted to try out the Loopy Flower tutorial on Oh! Fransson, but I didn’t want to just waste fabric and batting so I decided to make some potholders. I think they turned out pretty cute but I need a little more practice on the flower!

I have this quilt top in progress featuring blocks of Moda Eden. It is one of my UFO’s and I started it a while ago. I think it looks sweet – but maybe too busy? What do you think?
Well, I guess that’s it for now! I REALLY need to get my chores done so I can sew again! I’ll be posting some more Japanese blocks over the weekend!
